 The place
Famous for its productions of wines, this small town stands out with the Church of San Pantaleone towering above the roofs of the houses, against a landscape of never-ending vineyards.
 History:
There was a Roman settlement where the village now rises, in some way connected to the Aemelia gens, from whose name Miglianico is aethymologically derived. In the X century a citadel with a castle (now tranformed into a palace) existed, which later on came under the rule of various important families.
