Hotels Province of Chieti

The Province of Chieti lies south in the Abruzzo region, along the border with Molise, and includes a long stretch of sandy beaches along the warm Adriatic Sea from North to South, and the Maiella mountain, second highest of the Appennine chain to the west in a space of hardly 30 km air-line from the coast. There are many fine beach resorts as, from north to south, Francavilla a Mare, Ortona, San Vito, Fossacesia, Vasto, San Salvo, and in the hinterland, ancient historical centres and mountain resorts in the Maiella National Park.
