History:

Its origins go back in time to the late Middle Ages, when the settlement belonged to the Monastery of St. Clemente a Casauria. Nel XIII secolo, durante la dominazione angioina, I Cantelmo entrarono in possesso di Corvara e vi rimasero fino alla seconda metà del XVI secolo quando I D'Afflitto, conti di Loreto, divennero i nuovi signori.
