The man from Pizzoli

The article by Dom Serafini in Il Messaggero, 24 february page 47 Abruzzo edition, follows the story of Domenico Mancini, a transporter and builder in Detroit, MI, who wanted to be a journalist. On 14 may 1998 a director rejected his article advising him to publish his own paper. One month later Domenico founded "Il Giornale Italiano", which counts today 10,000 readers. Mancini immigrated to the States in 1972.
