I am looking for information on my father's side of the family. Both my grandparents came from Italy. My grandfather, Matteo LaBella came from Iseriana, Molise Region in his early 20ies. He was married before he came over to a women, name unknown, and they had a child Filaminia born March 22, 1902 and died April 10,1970. She remained in Italy with her mother. Filaminia did marry and had children who still reside there. My grandfather, Matteo LaBella's father's name was Camillo LaBella and he married a woman by the name of Caroline. Her maiden name is unknown at this time. My grandfather, Matteo LaBella had two sisters. Their names were Maddalena born Dec. 25, 1868 died April 28, 1944. Not know if they married. The other sister was Maria born Jan. 15, 1868 and died Dec. 29, 1949. My grandfather's grandchildren who are still living in Italy are named Edwardo Fumuloso, Maria, Tullio, Aurellio, Bruno, Antonio, Olecioberts? Some may go to Switzerland for work. Any information on this family would be helpful. My grandfather came to USA and married Erminia Palmieri and had four more children. Mafalda, she was to a previous marriage of my grandmother, Erminia Palmieri, but Matteo and her had Mary, Caroline, Camillo and Victoria. I am a decendant of Camillo.
