MESSAGGERO - Trasacco - The lost cross miraculously reappears / Miracolo: riappare la croce scomparsa
Trasacco could finally have its precious cross back from a restoration lab where it had been brought many years ago, while the restorers waited for the bill to be paid. The story had this happy ending after an article on Il Messaggero suggested it might have disappeared. The cross is the work of 16th century artists from Guardiagrele.

Vincenzo Panico, the grandfather of Lauretum bomber Mirko Panico will be 100 years old this Sunday. A "Cavaliere of Vittorio Veneto" for his merits in WWI, he also fought in the Carabinieri corps in WWII. A special party with wife, children and grandchildren

A joint project by Parliament, and some Italian scientific organization to merge culture and science through seven itineraries including the INFN Lab under the Gran Sasso, the Fucino astronomy centre, the towns of L'Aquila, Sulmona, Pescina and Celano, Collurania, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio, San Gabriele, Castelli, Atri and Alba Fucens.
