Some years ago he received an award for his 50 years as a small cinema owner. Now his local is the only cinema in the Val Pescara, after all the others in Scafa, Caramanico, Popoli shut down because of the competition of the big cinemas in the cities. This year he has also renovated his 150-seat room. His job started in 1939 at 14 years of age, and he still has all the posters of the movies. His favourite: Vittorio de Sica's "Ladri di biciclette".

A beautiful fable: the 8 students of the 5th form broke all their money-boxes to try to compensate her teacher who had just been robbed of her month's salary. The teacher refused the money saying the thought was what matters, and just one flower would be enough. The students, who wanted to use their money, bought the flower, but also an expensive perfume.

Bolognano - Tour for the Sant'Antonio's choir / Mini tour del coro di Sant'Antonio

The local choir performed the traditional Canto di Sant'Antonio in Musellaro and Bolognano and will also visit Manoppello, to safeguard a great cultural tradition. the song deals with the saint's struggle against the devil's temptations, and was originally accompanied by the music of the «du bbotte», the most typical Abruzzese instruments.
