The festival took place in Nicola Valentini's "Lu cantucc", with real professionals in food and wine. Good traditional cuisine is a key factor in tourism. Among the participants: Valentini, Grande albergo and Ipsar from Roccaraso, "la Vecchia Fornace" from Civitella Roveto, Old Marine from Pescara, Reale from Rivisondoli, Ribò from Guglionesi (Cb), Casaltaulero winery, Gran Cafè cocktails and Del Giudice cheese, both from Rivisondoli.
