Using low-invasive endoscopic techniques the fine sarcophagus will be analyzed scientifically. The art work by Gualtiero d'Alemagna contains the remains of Jacopo Caldora, a great Abruzzese baron who died in battle in 1439.

L'Aquila - 6th centenary for the Beata Antonia / Le iniziative del 6º centenario
A great feast will be held in October for the anniversary of the birth (1400 - 1401) of Beata Antonia. The nuns of her congregation of Santa Chiara Povera have moved from the monastery to a convent in Paganica, where also the blessed remains will be probably brought.

Civitella Casanova - Padre Luciano's mission in Peru /Le missioni in Perù di padre Luciano, by Antonio Di Clemente
Padre Luciano Ciciarelli, missionary in Lima, Peru, since 1966 has created there hospices for orphans, unmarried mothers, drug-addicts, people with Aids and handicapped youth where they can work and are taught a job. In 1993 padre Ciciarelli founded an association and monthly review "Entusiastas" to support just trade. In 1994 he established "Radio Maria" and is now trying to purchase the "Muralla de Lima", a 1684 highly degraded building to gather there all his activities. 29-year-old Antonio Iezzi was for a week in Sanremo to care after the singers' hair. He says they are nervous, and tell anything to their hairdresser. The nicest was Mariella Nava, Mietta did not want to renounce her usual look. Antonio invited the Matia Bazar to visit him in Abruzzo and danced waltz with mythical Nilla Pizzi.
