Francesco Cappucci, talkative, clear-minded, vital, lives with his daughter Lucia. In fine weather he takes a small walk, and never gives up a glass of good wine. A sister will be 100 years old in 2001. When they meet they go on telling stories and laughing for hours.

President and co-founder of Logitech International, the leading manufacturer of computer mice with headquarters in Fremont, California. Though inclined to Mathematics, he chose as a student a classical high school in Chieti and still remembers with love the lessons on Dante of don Antonio Mariani, now parish of San Domenico, his former Italian teacher, who advised him to go to America.
