MESSAGGERO - Teramo - Ancient Roman road comes to light / Torna alla luce l’antico collegamento di Interamnia con Roma , by Nicola Catenaro
While excavating for a subway, an ancient Roman road with tombs dating back to 100 BC was discovered. Mayor Sperandio says the works can continue with some changes if necessary alongside with archeological investigation. The whole area show traces of urban settlements of thousands of years ago.

MESSAGGERO - A ceramics study center / Un centro studi per le ceramiche , by Laura Valentini
This morning the Fondazione Genti d'Abruzzo inaugurates a Study center for the collection and research of ceramics pieces. Timothy Wilson, former superintendent of the British Museum believes the Abruzzese production of the 14th and 15th center was of a very high quality and of great historical importance. At the center there will also be a section with ceramics pieces from Anversa degli Abruzzi, Atri, Tagliacozzo, Venere dei Marsi and Castelli.

Princess and historian Yasmin von Hohenstaufen Aprilis of Lanslebourg, a descendant of Frederick II, who says she has in Scotland the bandages used for Jesus after his death, would like to compare the bandages with the Volto Sonto. Also, she believes somewhere arould L'Aquila the original paper with Pilate's verdict is hidden.

IL CENTRO - - Silvi - Pizza competition / Trofeo abruzzese dei pizzaioli
the regional championship for pizza makers awarded the first prize to Serena Formiglio of pizzeria Quo Vadis, who proposed a pizza with provola and pecorino cheese accompamnied by fresh little tomatoes and "arrosticini".
