MESSAGGERO - A Solisti Teatini Cd and concert in America / Solisti Teatini, nuovo cd e concerti in America

Their first cd, Mozart, sold more than 10,000 copies. They have another ready on Mozart, Salieri and Beethoven, with special guest Pescarese soprano Ida Perazzetti. The Solisti Teatini, also thanks to the leadership of Artistic Director Maurizio Colasanti and the direction of maestro Antonello Pellegrini, are now leaving for a tour in the States.

MESSAGGERO - American Kay Rush appreciates Abruzzese wines / Anche Kay Rush festeggia i vini abruzzesi a Verona

Great success for Abruzzese wines at Vinitaly: 2 Gold medals and 51 Special Mentions. Kay Rush is testimonial for Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and will attend the presentation of a photographic book, «Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, nel vino i valori di un territorio».

IL CENTRO - - Raiano - Cherry festival organized by women / Sagra delle ciliege quest'anno organizzano le donne

This June 4 the celebrated festival will be organized by a female committee which usually cares after the patron feasts. In the morning a track and field run, in the afternoon of the festival there will be a cherry waggon parade, and many more events yet to be scheduled.

IL CENTRO - - Villa Santa Maria - Student winner at the national competition / Studente vince con un intreccio di filetti , by Gino Melchiorre

Diego Sales, a student from Pescara, won the 2nd «Alimentazione e benessere» trophy with his dish "Intreccio di filetti di mare con brunoise di ortaggi". Second place to Eugenio Bonvicini from Bergamo with "Girella di pane all'olio e spinaci". Awards followed a high-cuisine banquet with menu by Ermanno Di Paolo.
