A crowded community of Pescarese expatriates in new York: managers and artists who not only learn a new language but had to adapt to different life styles: running in Central Park, the rush hour on Madison Avenue. In Pescara you always meet someone you know, in New York never. Their meeting place is Maria Carmela Pezzella's "Streghe", in Soho since 1985.

Tornimparte - On Hannibal's tracks with elephants / Riscoprire la strada percorsa da Annibale
2215 years later the local residents will try to repeat Hannibal's passage along the so called "tratturo di Annibale" which, according to historian Titus Livius, was trodden by Hannibal with his elephants from Lake Trasimeno to the Adriatic. Only 150 metres are left of that original path, but the inhabitants want to excavate to bring to light more sections
