MESSAGGERO -
Navelli - One legitimate son, another acquired for the saffron homeland / Uno figlio legittimo, l'altro acquisito: questa è la patria di Falconio e Pace
, by Lilli Mandara
The legitimate son is more careless than the adopted one. Navelli, homeland of the red gold, stray dogs, a lot of retired people and very few youths, the fine Santucci castle, will win either way. Falconio, the only son of the village doctor, Francesco Falconio from Ateleta and Rosa Santucci, daughter of a rich family who died during childbirth. Giovanni Pace, husband to Maria Troiani from Navelli. The mayor and people of Navelli complain they are cut out of the real economy.
