Fossa - Celebrations for Beato Cesidio Iniziano le celebrazioni in onore del Beato Cesidio
Celebrations for the first centennial of the martyrdom of the young Franciscan friar from Fossa. Born in 1873 he went as a missionary to China during the boxers' riots. He was killed while trying to defend with his body the Holy Host from profanation.

Pescara - Archbishop Cuccarese visits Manchester / Monsignor Francesco Cuccarese in visita a Manchester
The Circolo culturale abruzzese-molisano of Manchester (president Federico Di Santo) is making preparations for the visit of the Archbishop of Pescara/Penne. The Circolo was visited last week also by former Italian President Oscar Luigi Scalfaro.
