Long queues to enter the Italian pavilion. A reproduction in scale of many places of Abruzzo: the Gran Sasso Physics Labs, the wind plants in Collarmele, Telespazio in the Fucino, beaches and snowfields, wolves and bears, and Schumacher on a videotape as testimonial. The Germans are coming to Abruzzo in greater numbers, as they are struggling in Hannover for a glass of Montepulciano.
