The first parade of the 46th Carnevale d'Abruzzo today at 15 from the station: waggons, groups in costumes, musical bands will tour the centre. Entrance 6,000 Lire, children under 10 free. Seven allegorical carts have been prepared: "Patanello in maglia rosa", "L'ultimo don Chisciotte", "Venezia e il carnevale di F...affondano", "The magic fantasy of children", "La nave dei pirati", "La città dei bambini di Francavilla", "Mad-Cow". Also two photographic exhibitions organized by Giuseppe Iacone at Museo Michetti, with photos from previous editions of the Carnival, and at Palazzo Sirena on Vittorio Polone, one of the leading figures in the Carnival, who recently deceased.
