80 years old today, Mario Sorrentino is a living historian of Corso Manthoné, where d’Annunzio and Flaiano were born. He remembers the old Pescara, with the luxury shops and the artisans. His grandfather had there a fashionable clothes shop. He can show where every little or big shop was, and how in the morning he played in the street with the other kids. Memories that should be preserved.
