Rosita Di Antonio, a cuisine master and writer, recommends to choose high quality ingredients, and above all a great extra-virgine olive oil. In her book she collects local recipes like the "sfogliatelle di Bisenti", "canzanese" di Canzano, the sauce based on wild flannel typical of Torano Nuovo, the "stoccafisso di Corropoli".
Her lessons were also held in the oil farm of the Domenicantonio family, Ponzano.
