Veronelli, Touring and l’Espresso have all made guides to the restaurants of Italy. Veronelly judges as very good 24 restaurants, and ten as good. 14 restaurants are recommended by the Touring Club guide, and 57 by the Espresso as very good, and among them nine as excellent.
