Hundreds of pilgrims have started to come to the sanctuary of the Volto Santo in Manoppello. The precious veil with Christ's face impressed was extensively studied by a German nun, Blandina Paschalis
Schloemer, who showed the impressions on the veil match the Sindone (the shroud kept in Turin) perfectly. 27 panels show the results of the research. The exhibition was inaugurated yesterday by father Germano Di Pietro. Also present prof. Heinrich Pfeiffer, a great scholar of Christian art, and prof. Alberto Di Gilio, director of "Il Telo", a Journal on the Sindone.

TORRE DE' PASSERI - A group of 70-year-olds (born 1929) had a great party with former parish priest don Ermete / I settantenni di Torre in festa - La classe 1929 insieme con l'ex parroco don Ermete - Chiusura a Tocco con pranzo e intrattenimento musicale
A group of very energetic 70-year-olds met in the central square and listened to a Mass celebrated in Santa Maria delle Grazie, then a great dinner together, dances and music, and joyful memories of historical tales.
