Joseph McGinniss/Castello, result a draw in Court / Match pari in Tribunale
McGinniss sarà giudicato a metà, tra Inghilterra e Pretura, by Sante Iavarone
An Irish-American writer was supposed to celebrate the glory of the Castel di Sangro soccer club in his book «The miracle of Castel di Sangro» (published by Litte Brown). McGinniss was sued instead for literary abuse by the managers of the soccer team. The judge decided the writer must be heard by British law. Since 1994 McGinniss discovered the Second Division team and asked ospitality in Castel di Sangro to write his book. It seems the book however was full of open criticism and accusations for the team directors, who immediately sued.
