The delegates of the Abruzzese communities abroad offered their co-operation towards common international strategies; they request more assistance and social security help, but also want to be ambassadors of a "Nuovo Abruzzo", going beyond pure folklore.

LANCIANO - A large number of visitors to Agroalimenta, an exhibition of typical products of central and southern Italy / Successo di pubblico alla fiera dedicata ai prodotti tipici del centro e del sud d'Italia
The 6th edition of Agroalimenta closes this evening at Lancianofiera. The stands offered olive oil, wines, mozzarelle, cheeses and salumi, with local bread. In the previous days mini-courses were held to teach people the secrets of typical products.

PESCASSEROLI - An ecologic tree for Christmas / A Natale «l'albero ecologico»
The National Park of Abruzzo invites people this year to celebrate Christmas without offending nature. A fallen branch can be decorated with leaves, seeds, products of the wood, simple materials that can be found on the ground everywhere.
A "poor" tree made in total harmony with nature.
